Subjects covered included:

1) Star Nations were required by the Agreement to provide several different thing to Cabal-controlled operatives. Dr. Boylan will describe a few of the vital pieces, such as tracking and monitoring of Star Seeds, and how this was misused by the Cabal.
2)He will also describe the Star Being genetic samples and energy readings which Star Nations were required to give Earth governments, and how that technical information was misused by the Cabal, including to create Human hybrids with some Star Visitor genes.
3) Dr. Boylan will detail recent and current news on efforts to release captive Star Beings and Hybrid individuals.
4) He will delineate how Star Nations are currently working within certain aspects of the New Understanding between Humans and Star Nations, which is now replacing the old '64 Agreement He will talk about how Star Nations is obtaining this New Understanding through direct Human inquiry, a visiting-and-polling strategy. (Many listeners may have already experienced this "Public Poll method" of data-gathering utilized by Star Nations.)
Dr. Boylan will provide updates which Star Nations has given in response to Councillor-of-Earth requests.
5) He will give additional information to Star Seeds (and Star Kids) on the reasons why many of them are here on Earth to serve at this time, and answer such questions as:
Why are they here at this time?
What are examples of activities to develop Star Seed/Star Kids special skills?
What information can be given to help Parents with identifying Star Kids?
What can a parent do to foster the development of their Star Kid's skills?
How can a Star Kid or adult Star Seed find others like him/herself?
