Open Letter To the Special Studies Group


Dear friends,
I am sharing publicly this letter, which I sent September 27 [2002] to a contact person for the Special Studies Group ("MJ-12").
It is shared with you in the hope that you will support this Letter, and that the SSG, in its ongoing surveilling of public sentiment, will determine that there is widespread consensus that the steps outlined in this Letter should take place now.

Honorable Special Studies Group members:

I write to request that you consider that the time has already come, and is certainly now, to move your Public Acclimation Program to its final, immediately-pre-formal-government-disclosure phase. That is to say, it is time to mobilize notables, especially celebrities, to talk publicly on the record about their Star Visitor/UFO encounters.
Let me be more specific. The Final Phase should go in four steps.

Step 1) Shirley McLaine has gone public with her UFO/Star Visitor contact experiences in her writings. Recently, Roseanne Barr on her radio program (on which I was a guest) came out of the closet about her own Star Visitor experience. (Which she quickly followed with a nervous joke about it.) As a start, it is time for these two celebrities to again reconfirm their status as Experiencers in a public broadcast or widely-covered interview. By "widely-covered" I mean carried on the Six O'Clock News and major metropolitan dailies. (Not just buried in an article in Cosmopolitan.)

Step 2) And it is now time for those interviews to be rapidly followed up on by your getting signals to the following celebrities to make serious public statements about their UFO/Star Visitor experiences. I identify these stars because I have independent testimony that they are UFO witnesses /experiencers/star seeds: Sally Field, Kevin Costner, Keanu Reeves, boxer Muhammed Ali, musician David Bowie, actor Will Smith, and Oprah Winfrey. And there are others.

Step 3) This revelatory momentum should be swiftly built upon by public statements by other notables of international stature, relating their certain knowledge that we have Star Visitors, and that they are benign. These notables would include: the Rev. Billy Graham, the Dalai Lama, former President Jimmy Carter (re-relating his UFO sighting), Monsignor Corrado Balducci (or some other designate of Pope John Paul II, allowed to speak as an official Vatican representative), and Apollo Astronaut Edgar Mitchell. Again, their statements must get the same kind of Six O'Clock News and major metropolitan dailies coverage spoken about above.

Step 4) Following this drumbeat of close-sequence public announcements by notables, it will then be time for the handful of highest-tier Public Disclosure Project para-governmental witnesses, such as Staff Sergeant Clifford Stone, U.S. Army (ret.), Commander Graham Bethune, U.S. Navy (ret.), and Tech Sergeant Dan Sherman, USAF/NSA (ret.) to go public and be interviewed on national media prime-time about their first-hand experiences on-duty with UFOs and Star Visitors.

After this four-phase run-up, the press should be signaled that it is alright to ask top government officials questions about UFO/Star Visitor reality. And such questioning should take place with the thoroughness the press has previously reserved for politicians' affairs and economic scandals. The reactionary representatives among your Group will want to protest that then "the fat will be in the fire". Indeed, it will. We will do well to become a leaner, more clear-eyed society.

But I am counting on the Progressive majority among you, (about whom Dr. Michael Wolf of your Group informed me), to hold sway on this, the most important policy decision of your Committee's lifespan: the orderly ending of the UFO Cover-Up.

Yes, it will change global society thoroughgoingly and irretrievably. The day of the dawning of Earth as a cosmic society is vastly overdue. We will become a better people as a result.

Let this Day begin with the prompt, courageous and forward-thinking vote by your Special Studies Group to begin this final, immediately-pre-formal-government-disclosure Phase now.
