News Release: July, '97 New Energy News (monthly newsletter of the Institute for New Energy),
Vol. 5, No. 3; By-line: Robert Bass, M.A., Ph.D.
[This article is forwarded because it reveals the reality of cold-fusion
and zero-point energy, as derived from ET technology, including by scientists
unaware of where such science originated.]
A small group of scientist-inventors announced that they have achieved reliable, low- energy, bulk-process, high-speed, low-cost transmutation of radioactive matter into valuable metals. They offered as an example their achievement of transmuting one-tenth of a gram of radioactive thorium in less than an hour, using 300 watts, into non-radioactive 90% titanium and 10% copper. The total power required to transmute one-tenth gram of thorium cost less than three pennies. Other elements, such as ultra-dangerous cesium-137 and uranium, have been transmuted with similar results.
The process can be scaled up from grams to tons. This unprecedented breakthrough appears to present a novel solution to the problem of disposal of massive stockpiles of radioactive wastes in the U.S. and elsewhere.
Their results are replicable upon demand and multiple-confirmed, Dr. Bass reported. The group's process has been subjected to scrutiny by a nationally-prominent testing laboratory and two nationally-reputable universities, including tests involving a comparative unused chamber and unprocessed sample.
The patent-pending proprietary reaction vessel fits inside a four-inch
cube. The Cincinnati Group declared that their technical secrets will be
made available for further independent replications by other scientists
signing a Non-Disclosure Agreement. Scientists wishing to view Test Reports
may contact Celine at P.O. Box 1262, Covington, KY 41012, or call weekdays

Energy News, and to a more detailed presentation to be published in the
August issue of New Energy News, which can be ordered via (801) 583-6232
or P.O. Box 58639, Salt Lake City, UT 84158.
