This is a Summary Report on the Star Knowledge Conference at Nine Mile Forest-Rib Mountain, Wausau, Wisconsin, April 22, 2006, Earth Day. This is followed by a report on the following day's Earth-Healing Ceremony atop Rib Mountain, led by Blue Thunder, with Chief Golden Eagle's assistance. That report is authored by Blackfoot Turtle Woman.

I am always a little conflicted in providing reports such as mine here, because it is the occasion for some people to sit back and not participate in these conferences and ceremonies, because of feeling "no need; I'll just wait for the report." But no report can do justice to what went on or was conveyed at such conferences and ceremonies. Further, the energy there cannot be conveyed in words. And by not attending, the stay-at-homer subtracts his/her energy from the gathering that they could have brought in attending.

Nine Mile State Park Lodge was filled with an audience of Euro-American and Native people. They had come to listen to Chief Golden Eagle/Standing Elk, Blue Thunder/ Bennie LeBeau, Anishanabe teacher Dan Hull, Maria Zephier (Golden Eagle's wife), Blackfoot turtle Woman/Wendi Powers, Councillor Meata, and myself present important information.

The Conference opened with wonderful Native American music by Dan Hull's Anishanabe People men's singing and drumming group.

Chief Golden Eagle spoke at length on the origin and meaning of the 11 Universal Laws and the 11 Spiritual Laws as recognized and observed by the Star Nations. He pointed out connections and corollaries, brought forth in consultation with various ascended masters.

Eastern Shoshone Elder Blue Thunder talked about the imperative need to heal Mother Earth, and his work to restore energetic balance and connections of 19 traditional sacred energy places in the West in May of 2004. He spoke of remaining unaccomplished Earth-healing work, including nearby Rib Mountain, an eight-mile-long mile of solid rose quartz, which Benny said operated as the heart of Mother Earth. He explained a healing ceremony that would take place at the peak of that mountain the next day, and invited all to come and participate. (See report below.) He also invited all persons to a May 13-14 Dolphin-Whale-Bear Nations-Clans Ceremony, to follow up with additional reharmonizing of the 21 Sacred Sites in the West being disturbed by noise, chemicals and toxins. Dan Hull spoke humbly of the challenges of growing up Native American amidst a non-Native overculture that is not appreciative of Native ways. He spoke with pride of his Anishanabe (Chippewa/Ojibway) people who called that area home long before the white man called it Wisconsin.

I spoke about the various star races, and how they are federated into a Star Nations, which has taken on Earth as a long-term assistance project long before Homo Sapiens, and later Homo Sapiens Sapiens, were formed. I talked about the Star Kids, and adult Star Seeds, who are the most recent upgrading, Homo Alterios Spatialis. In the presentation of the marvelous advanced attributes of Star Kids, I was ably assisted by three charming young Star Kid volunteers, Iris, Meghan and Allie, (ages 5-9), who bravely stood in front with me and spoke up to the audience about their personal experiences with using various psychic abilities. I also shared about the Star Nations' need to negotiate an agreement with four Earth governments to stop firing on starcraft, how this agreement was violated by various Earth governments, and how Star Nations is now declaring that agreement invalid, and proceeding to outreach to Humans globally to determine the basis for a New Agreement with all Humans that will foster open contact in a climate of mutual respect.

Wendi Powers/Blackfoot TurtleWoman followed, lending her body as a communication conduit for Star Nations High Council member Asheoma te ka Meata. Councillor Meata noted that the Star Nations wish to interact openly and publicly with Humans. He also noted that Humans must attend to their responsibilities to be responsible stewards of Earth Being, and to treat each other with justice and love.

Maria Zephier spoke about the Spider medicine, and her interpretation of additional symbols from the Roswell crashed starcraft, below the 11:11 Universal and Spiritual Laws symbols. These she interpreted as additional principles which she characterized as Spider Medicine.

Light Warriors,

There are many things to share, and so please excuse this format, but it will be broken up as I am led to share stories of what occurred rather than a chronological breakdown of the mtg.

On Sunday morning, I woke up to the chant of Blue Thunder going over and over in my mind.

This was after being visited by a Star Being of some form in a solid manner earlier as I slept in the hotel room. Not too sure what kind of Star Being but I do remember it felt male and he was full of light and shown and that he was solid. I also remember sitting up and looking at the being but I do not remember what happened. The only thing I remember was thinking "Oh hi! It's just you." and going back to sleep. But something did happen but not sure what. But when I woke up, the chant of Blue Thunder was playing over and over in my mind.

We started the day with a special breakfast with my new family at the home of JoAnn Olson, who I must honor at this time and give a special thank you for the hospitality extended by opening her home and feeding us for days, and providing a truly safe nesting place for us.

After breakfast, Blue Thunder led us in a very sacred event at Rib Mountain with the intent set to bring healing to Mother Earth with emphasis on that point. The night before, another Light Worker reported being guided to perform a special energy reconfiguration of a pyramid structure located far below the surface. This is a structure connected up to the energy grid system Earth Being uses the same way we use our central nervous system. Star Being, Councillor Asheoma (Byrd), shared that it was a very much needed part of the energy work to prepare the area for the event of the next day. He shared that a part of the reason Earth energies were so far out of balance is that Ego has made our societies too "ME" oriented and that people have stopped doing the energy work their ancestors were taught to do. The sacred dances and all of those things were done to help balance these points along the Earth. Byrd said that in this case, this energy point had not been re-balanced for about 160 years. He said that the points had to be re-balanced once per generation ( at the least ). He said that this point was like a point that controlled the heartbeat for Mother Earth and that because it was out of balance, many Humans were experiencing heart trouble at this time. We reflect in our bodies the pains of Mother Earth very directly. He said that it was as if Mother Earth had an arrhythmia.

Blue Thunder led us in a special healing dance ceremony. People gave gifts to the special place in the center he had prepared for reception of our energy intent. The drummers were there and the circles were formed. Councillor Doctor Boylan invited the Star Nations to attend the dance - and they came.

The dance was done at first with the woman folk in the center dancing counter-clockwise and the men on the outside to protect the woman dancing clockwise. But we experienced gridlock as woman and the men were so fast that they were almost running. Byrd shared that this dance showed us what was wrong and out of balance in our world. The male energy of the mind and intellect was going too fast while the female energy of the heart was all locked up. For there to be balance, both the mind and the heart must be dancing in synch. So the people together, led by Blue Thunder, gave options as to how the dance could be corrected. One light worker shared that there were so many woman and very few men. Byrd told me when she said that to share on the group that those of us who are woman must help our men and encourage them to become involved as healers and light workers. Male and female both have special medicines and both are needed in balance. So it was suggested the woman dance on the outside ring and the men on the inside. It was interesting to see that the hearts of the woman were happy to be allowed to protect the men for a change. Byrd said this was right for this time we are in. We who are woman need to protect our sons and brothers as they work to become the Light Warriors they need to be. They face very cruel ego words from other men who do not understand what they are doing. So they often stop even trying. Woman must now step forward and not just encourage the men to work with Star Nations and work with Light and step away from ego, but woman must also be there to provide that home and safety and encouragement the men will need at this time of transition. There are many thing that go along with this.

People shared throughout the dances many different messages and songs as they came. Byrd asked that the children be brought into the center of the circle at one point - they had spent the hours playing in the area (which was fine) but he showed us how to teach the children a prayer he said almost every morning when he was in my body - "Earth, she is my Mother, Sky (Air), he is my Father, Fire is my Brother, Water is my Sister. With these I am One. Because of these, I am Life."

At the very end of the dance, a mated pair of Thunder Birds flew into our area. The people all welcomed the Thunder Birds ( they represent the Star Nations Beings ) and then one turned away from the other and flew directly over us and over the center of the circle. It was pure elation and confirmation that the Star Nations saw the heart of those gathered. It was also an acknowledgement to our Councillor that they were there and thanked him for the invitation to attend this beyond amazing healing for Earth Mother.
