Over 125 experiencers, Star Seed hybrids, Star Visitor-encounter researchers and therapists gathered at the Radisson Hotel-Stapleton Plaza, Denver the weekend of October 13-15, 2000 to participate in a conference. Its title: "Becoming A Cosmic Human".

Among the topics which were covered were personal experiences with the Star Visitors, the messages the Visitors have given these speakers, and the transformations which Star Visitor encounters bring, for example, as psychic giftedness, reincarnation awareness, healing powers obtained, and parapsychological information processing.

There was also a therapist training component, opportunities for close-encounter therapists to network, and opportunities for experiencers to obtain hypnotic regression to review their encounters with Star Visitors.

The Conference organizer was Dr. Ruth Hover, a Phoenix therapist and renown investigator of Star Visitor contacts and related phenomena, e.g. crop circles.
Friday night Dr. Hover introduced Keynote Speaker Marcia Shafer, author of "Confessions of a Galactic Anthropologist". Marcia recounted her analysis of many encounter cases' data, allowing her to draw conclusions about the star civilizations visiting us, which she shared. These conclusions included that most Star Visitors are highly advanced, spiritually as well as technologically.

Saturday morning Dr. Joe Lewels made a dynamic presentation of his findings about Star Visitor encounters. He found that after initial unsettledness, most experiencers move on to engage in the mental and metaphysical expansive aspects of the adventure.

Lewels was followed by experiencer Kathleen Dusek. She spoke from the heart, and captivated the audience with her highly-personal narrative of her various encounters and what they mean to her. She brought the audience to tears to match her own, as she told movingly of her transformation into a trusted confidante and colleague of cosmic visitors.

At the Conference awards Luncheon, Lifetime Achievement Awards were presented to NATO/SHAPE Headquarters Security Officer Army Command Sergeant-Major Robert O. Dean, and (retired) University of Wyoming Professor and close-encounters researcher, R. Leo Sprinkle, Ph.D. The Conference also observed a moment of silence in tribute to recently-deceased Star Person-human hybrid and National Security Council consultant Dr. Michael Wolf, MD, Ph.D., Sc.D., J.D. Dr. Wolf had bravely revealed so many secrets about Star Visitor interaction with the worlds' governments.

Bob Dean has served the public as a revealer of closely-guarded NATO Intelligence secrets about what the NATO governments already knew about extraterrestrial civilizations back in the 1960s. Dr. Sprinkle has pioneered professional psychological research of experiencers of ET encounters for almost 40 years, publishing his findings.. Both men have engaged in this public service at great personal cost, due to severe harassment from the UFO Cover-Up organization.

The afternoon began with an Open Mike, where experiencer after experiencer arose to tell their story of Star Visitor encounters in front of an expert panel, and related how their lives have been transformed by the Star Visitors. The Close Encounters Experts Panel included: Dr. Leo Sprinkle, Dr. Rauni Kilde, Dr. Ruth McKinley-Hover, Barbara Lamb, LMFT, Dr. Richard Boylan and Kathy Dusek.

Following the experiencers portion, there was a Question and Answer Session before the Experts Panel. Questions ranged from how experiencers develop telepathic ability following an encounter to what stage of development of antigravity craft the government has reached.

Saturday evening was reserved for an advanced training workshop for the therapists in attendance on how to counsel experiencers of close encounters.
Dr. Richard Boylan moved beyond earlier presentations about treating the emotional effects of Star Visitor encounters, and into discussing how the therapist can help facilitate the enhanced ESP, parapsychological and spiritual growth which experiencers are so often prompted to, and grapple with, as a result of their Star Visitor contacts. Claremont, CA Marriage and Family Therapist Barbara Lamb, LMFT provided a live demonstration of a hypnosis regression session in front of the circle of therapists. This involved taking an experiencer back in time to a partially-recalled earlier encounter with a Star Visitor.

Sunday morning, former Acting Surgeon-General of Finland, Dr. Rauni-Leena Luukanen-Kilde gave a dynamic talk about the struggles so many researchers and close-encounter experiencers suffer at the hands of 'the Shadow Government' [Cabal], including kidnappings and torture by rogue military-intelligence units, who then hypnotize their victims into mis-remembering their experience as an "alien abduction". Dr. Kilde also outlined for the audience the various kinds of psychotronic mind-control weapons now operational in the hands of the rogue military-intelligence units.

Dr. Richard Boylan, Ph.D. gave the Keynote Talk, incorporating the ACCET Conference Theme, "The transformation of Homo Sapiens into Homo Alterios Spatialis, (Transformed Cosmic Human) and Homo Noeticus Cosmicus (Cosmic-Consciousness Human). Dr. Boylan reviewed the history of Star Visitor involvement with the Human race, going back 3 million years of biological and cultural engineering to present time.
He then explored the various transformed abilities of Star Seeds/hybrids/reengineered experiencers, such as: telepathy, precognition, telekinesis, intuition, aura-reading, psychic healing, remote viewing, invisibility work, teleportation, levitation, mental influencing, earth energy adjustment work, time contraction, Earth-sensitivity, interdimensional awareness, astral (out-of-body) travel, channeling, shared consciousness, and operating in close mental connection with their Star Visitor guides.
Dr. Boylan also outlined the ways in which these advanced capabilities are shaping these Star Kids into a Vanguard Generation, showing the way to the Fifth World cosmic society, prophesied by every indigenous civilization's shamans.

At the end of the Conference there were many hugs and choked-up throats, as experiencers and therapists found it hard to leave this mini-enclave that so closely resembled the coming transformed-Earth culture that Star Visitors had foreshown to so many experiencers.
