The Cabal: a secret plutocratic cartel bent on human domination.

The term 'The Cabal' refers to a secret group of immensely wealthy and powerful oligarchs and their minions engaged in controlling governmental, financial, political, media, cultural, and religious organizations on a global scale to assure that the Cabal prosper and stay in control, and that everyone else follows their direction or is neutralized.
This group is composed of selfish, megalomaniacal sociopaths. They think of themselves as Masters of the Universe but they are in fact sub-Human.
The Cabal operate as a kind of a parallel government to official elected and appointed governments of the world. They are a dark Shadow Government.
While some Cabal big-shots are members of the Bilderberg Group, the Council on Foreign Relations, and the Trilateral Commission, these global policy-making groups are not synonymous with the Cabal. There are some people with good intentions also on Bilderberg, Council on Foreign Relations, and Trilateral Commission but they are used as window dressing for the Cabal members who control the agenda and direction of these global committees.
The Cabal have dominated Human society, sometimes overtly, sometimes quietly, for the past 14,000 years.
The Cabal started at the time of the civilization of Atlantis, a civilization where most of the people were basically decent people who sought to live peacefully and in balance with the natural environment. But within that society arose a group of scientists who wanted to misuse technological superiority to rule their civilization. These were the first Cabal members, who worked with highly advanced technology comparable to that of top industrial countries today. That technology developed from using and hoarding scientific knowledge gained from visiting extraterrestrials. These scientists became power-drunk, seeing that they could use the developing technology for power, wealth, control, and mastery over the others. They developed into a caste of scientist-technocrat high priests who took political control of Atlantean society. Most of the rest of Atlantean people just wanted to live in peace and did not challenge them.
These Cabal technocratic high-priest scientists used their developing technology to bioengineer genetic traits into their genomes to make them "super-men": These traits were: high technological aptitude, hypercompetitiveness, vaunting ambition, hyperaggressiveness, drive to dominance, ruthlessness, and an enormous appetite for pleasure, not stopping at pedophilia. At the same time the Cabal bioengineers "bred out" qualities they considered weak and undesirable: empathy, humility, simplicity, generosity, kindness, compassion, a spiritual orientation, and respect for nature. These first Cabal technocrats succeeded too well. They bred themselves into a line of individuals who were so hyper-materialistic, so aggressive, grasping, greedy, dominance-oriented, ruthless, addicted to pleasure that the visiting extraterrestrials were horrified and identified their genetic makeup as "sub-human".
By the way, Cabal individuals look like regular Humans but their dark behavior soon identifies them as horrible deviant mutants and monsters.
The Cabal eventually scaled up their advanced-technology energy weapons to such out-of-control power that it caused the destruction of the continent of Atlantis, and also took down the neighboring continent of Lemuria.. After the Atlantis and Lemuria land masses sunk, the Human and Cabal survivors migrated to remaining continents and started over from a lower level of development. The Cabal survivors stuck together, soon capturing the power roles of shaman-priest and ruler, and started again building their path to dominance.
The Cabal has been around for many millennia in various previous incarnations, its members often emerging as dark-side shamans, witches or witch doctors, then later on as members of secret societies, priest-craft guilds, or metaphysical elite groups such as secret inner circles of Freemasons and the Illuminati. The Cabal members within these groups use their enhanced dark psychic powers, such as psychic projection, conjured hallucinations, and dream-insertions, etc. They use these to intimidate, influence, and control targeted Humans.
Where did the Cabal's esoteric knowledge-for-domination come from? That knowledge is knowledge and skills about: spiritual matters, psychic abilities, of what we would call today psychology, of what we would call today politics, and the exercise of theatrical mysticism in what we would call magic, especially the dark arts. To primitive Humans the practitioners of these advanced abilities seemed like gods or at least persons who deserved to rule over them. To cement their dominance the Cabal killed off any opposition by claiming that Human natural psychics were witches or demons or unnatural beings. With no competition left, the field was clear for the Cabal to dominate.
The Cabal have increased their power over generations by consciously choosing to direct their reincarnation into selfish-focused new personas in successive lifetimes. They continued to associate with other dark-arts practitioners in groups abusing their enhanced ESP abilities to manipulate, control, and gain more power. As they have grown in power with each successive generation, their abilities often outstrip those of most persons who happen to have incidental and natural psychic ability.
Further, the Cabal have over the centuries eliminated the competition by identifying psychically-gifted regular Humans (through their snitches in social networks, or by remote-sensing such natural psychics), and then branding them as witches, warlocks, voodoo doctors, heretics, devil-worshipers, or demons-in-disguise, etc., so that either governments would imprison them or a panicked citizenry would execute them.
Thus, the path is cleared for the Cabal dark-magick practitioners to be the only ones left to operate as they please.
Of course, they do all this from the shadows, continuing to foster the illusion that a group such as the Cabal doesn't really exist, and that anyone saying anything to the contrary is a conspiracy nut.
Books like Jim Marrs's Rule By Secrecy, or Louis Pauwels and Jacques Bergier's Morning of the Magicians trace back the intertwined history of magic, secret societies and power-grabbing over the centuries. Understanding how the Cabal have been operating is key to arriving at a revisionist and accurate understanding of the real history of how things got to be this bad. And it is a key to breaking the Cabal's power.
Star Visitors now state that members of Cabal are no longer part of the same species as regular Humans, (Homo Sapiens Sapiens)! And the Star Visitors' government (called Star Nations) refuses to have anything to do with those sub-human mutants. Star Nations has told Dr. Boylan that it is up to regular Humans to clean out the Cabal from Human society and eliminate their ability to influence humans. Star Nations indicates that the Cabal do not have human rights, because they are not human. And because the Cabal are a clear and present danger to, and are harming, human society, the Cabal should be handled with whatever stern and strong measures it takes to remove their ability to manipulate, deceive, and oppress Humans, including forcible exile and incarceration. The Cabal should be considered like mad dogs with rabies; and treated accordingly.
It is possible to discern who some of the top Cabal global leadership are by their behavior profiles: extreme self-absorption (disguised often with token charities), extreme wealth holdings, upper-level political meddling, power-tripping on a global scale, ruthlessness, and by their negative personal energy signatures. It is tempting to identify certain sociopathic oligarchs, dictators, royalty, media moguls, and billionaire pedophile influencers as certainly fitting the Cabal profile.
The Cabal is made up of not only top dogs but also of hundreds of thousands of rank-and-file Cabal middlemen and line operatives who make up the rest of the network of evil. All of these levels work in synergy, using financial, political, media, and cultural power to dominate, exploit and prey on ordinary humans, often in subtle and disguised ways.
The Cabal are also the shadowy group bolstering the UFO Cover-Up. They fear visiting extraterrestrials who could expose them, and so want regular Humans to have a fear of Star Visitors. The United Nations has an clandestine MJ-12 Committee of its Security Council which controls globally all access to UFO information and technology. The Cabal make sure that half of the Committee membership is secretly Cabal individuals so they can control what the public gets to know.
Since the Cabal has enormous international wealth at its disposal, it has the funds and influence to make sure that the majority of UFO depictions which make it to public view are negativistic in tone. Their thinking is that if they cannot sell you the lie that UFOs do not exist, then their fall-back strategy is to convince you that the people inside UFOs are evil mean invaders. Thus the movies and TV shows which they finance and promote feature Star Visitors as invaders, torturers, marauders, and monsters. Huge amounts of disinformation are being pumped out about Star Visitors. And to confuse things further, the Cabal use distortions of old legends about fearsome creatures to create false stories like, for example, 'evil Reptilians roam Earth and have been menacing people for centuries (sic).
The Cabal are the ones shooting down UFOs and plundering their advanced technology for back-engineering and making huge profits. This program is not a part of the UN Security Council's secret MJ-12 Committee's program of gradual release of UFO information to the public.
The Cabal are also the ones behind the terrrorizing alien abductions program, which is actually a secret psychological warfare operation done by Cabal private military contractors who kidnap civilians without any legal authorization. These Cabal hirelings drug those they kidnap (often previous experiencers of real close encounters), then deliberately intimidate, interrogate, physically abuse, and even gang-rape the civilians they kidnap. The Cabal operatives then use hypnotic drugs and brainwashing techniques to make the civilians think they are seeing aliens doing the kidnapping.
This is the level of evil, distortion, and treachery that the Cabal goes to in order to protect their monopoly of highly-advanced extraterrestrial technology recovered from UFO crashes: a monopoly which has brought their companies trillions of dollars in profits over the last seven-plus decades.
The Cabal's operatives also terrorize some UFO researchers who get too close, and even hurt or assassinate some, making it look like accidents or suicides. The Cabal have developed some advanced-tech psychotronic devices and weaponized them for use on their enemies or on innocent civilian guinea pigs to remotely control what the victims think they see, hear, feel, or are thinking, and to inflict pain and impaired muscle control. Thus the Cabal can attack whom they want without fear of getting caught.
Some remote viewers have seen that the Cabal's power will start to be broken somewhere beginning in the early part of the 21st Century. The Cabal definitely will be ultimately left in the trash bin of history by the time the transition from Earth's current societal corrupt mess to a new world society, one which is cosmic-minded, just, non-materialistic, peaceable, Earth-friendly, and operates as an extended-family.
