A BRIEF BIOGRAPHY OF DR. RICHARD BOYLAN
Richard J. Boylan, Ph.D. is a clinical psychologist; cultural anthropologist; retired university Professor; Lecturer; world-renown researcher and consultant on UFOs, extraterrestrial Visitors to Earth, and the connection between Native American culture and Star People.
Dr. Boylan is a specialist in providing consultation to Star Kids and adult Star Seeds seeking to better understand their full origin and identity (star heritage), and their mission on Earth. He provides educational presentations so that Star Kids and Star Seed adults can achieve inner growth, greater spiritual development, and a more complete understanding of how they fit in humankind's evolving future.
He had two previous incarnations as a Zuni and Hopi Native American, and in this lifetime in a Vision Quest was given the spirit identity Two Thunderbirds.
His career over five decades has centered in public service: first as a clergyman, then as a social worker and educator, and then with three graduate degrees, doing decades of service as a clinical psychologist and an anthropologist studying visiting space civilizations. Dr. Boylan has taught as a Lecturer at California State University Sacramento, the University of California, Davis, and was a Psychology Professor and Department Chair at National University. Dr. Boylan is Past-President of the Sacramento Valley Psychological Association.
Since 1989, Dr. Boylan has conducted research into human encounters with the Star Visitors, and provided consultation to experiencers of close encounters. This has led to his creating the Star Kids Project to work with these genetically-upgraded youngsters with advanced abilities and characteristics and with their families.
He has presented papers on his research at: the 1992 Abduction Study Conference at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT), the 1995 Cosmic Cultures International Conference at Washington, DC, the Academy of Clinical Close Encounter Therapists 2000 Convention at NYC, the Star Knowledge Conference at the Dakota Sioux Reservation, Marty, SD, and many other conferences.
Dr. Richard Boylan was a trusted confidant of the late Dr. Michael Wolf, U.S. National Security Council's Special Consultant on Extraterrestrial Visitors. A number of highly-placed military and intelligence officers have also entrusted extremely-classified UFO information to him for sharing with the public.
He is the author of five books, Close Extraterrestrial Encounters (1994), Labored Journey To the Stars (1996), Project Epiphany (1997), Star Kids - the Emerging Cosmic Generation (2005), and The Human-Star Nations Connection (2012). Dr. Boylan also has over 50 articles published.
Dr. Boylan is engaged in an ongoing endeavor to provide information to awaken, educate, and train Star Seeds Adults, Star Kids, their parents, and indeed all humans.
He has conducted several workshops for mental health professionals on the specialized counseling experiencers need to fully understand their contact by the Star Visitors.
In 2005 his life changed as he was visited by Envoys from the Star Nations governing Council. They asked him to consider being designated Councillor Of Earth. The position entails being Star Nations Ambassador to Earth, and Earth's spokesperson/advocate on Star Nations High Council. He accepted. Dr. Boylan continues serving as teacher and interstellar diplomat.
Dr. Boylan has lectured widely at regional, national, and international conferences including the 1996 Star Knowledge Conference at the Dakota Sioux Reservation, Marty, SD, and has been interviewed on numerous radio and television programs, including the Entangled Podcast, the Ancient Aliens TV series, in the documentary film Fastwalkers, twice on NBC's Sightings, on Paramount Television Network's Paranormal Borderline, and multiple times on Art Bell's Dreamland radio program and George Noory's Coast To Coast radio program.
